MADE FRESH DAILY
We've been making kimchi and sauerkraut as Kraut Pleasers since June 2015. After searching for a better way to share our kimchi we explored ramen and udon noodle bowls. Serving them all winter at our Little Winter Market we then opened in the spring of 2017 as Setsunai Noodle Bar using our fermenting kitchen as the base. We’ve now moved the fermentation side of things over to our local shared access community kitchen, Taproot.
We are in the heart of the village with plenty of parking and a local beach within site. We serve our bowls with both traditional Kimchi and Golden Napa for you spice wimps. We have dumplings with seasonal fillings and kid bowls with just noodles and broth.
We are located behind the old grocery store building between the Thrift store and Vita's.
